Colleague Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
•The loyalty card gives you access to 50% off all food at any Country Village Inns site. It must not be left lying around as all transactions on the card are your responsibility. The card can be used for yourself or to treat your family (up to a table of 6) whilst you're working or dining with them.
•The loyalty card is available exclusively to employees of the company. Eligibility criteria may change at the discretion of the company.
•Points are earned based on qualifying purchases made using the loyalty card. The amount of points awarded per pound spent may differ from product to product and time to time.
•Points will expire if there is no qualifying activity on the card for a specified period (e.g., 12 months).
•Points and the loyalty card are non-transferable and may only be used by the cardholder. Sharing or selling points is prohibited.
•Points can be redeemed for rewards as outlined in the loyalty program. Redemption options and values may change at the discretion of the company.
•Cardholders are responsible for managing their loyalty card account, including keeping their contact information updated.
•Any attempt to manipulate the points system, such as using unauthorised methods to earn or redeem points, will result in immediate termination of the account. Termination of the account in this manner may result in the start of the company disciplinary proceedings.
•The company reserves the right to terminate the loyalty program or individual accounts at any time, with or without prior notice. Your loyalty card along with any points will be cancelled upon leaving the company regardless of reason.
•The company may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Cardholders will be notified of any significant changes.
