Terms and Conditions of Country Village Inns Loyalty and Promotional Programmes
1. The loyalty card is available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By applying, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Customers must register their loyalty card online or at the till with the correct details to participate in the loyalty program and earn rewards.
3. Points are earned for qualifying purchases made at participating Country Village Inns Ltd locations. The number of points awarded may vary based on the type of purchase.
4. Accumulated points can be redeemed as a method of payment at participating Country Village Inns sites. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. All promotions and rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Restrictions may apply to certain offers.
6. Loyalty points will expire if the cardholder does not make a qualifying purchase within a 12-month period.
7. Country Village Inns Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen loyalty cards. Cardholders should report any loss immediately to prevent unauthorized use.
8. Country Village Inns Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program and its terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
9. By participating in the loyalty program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.
10. The loyalty card is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered cardholder. Sharing or transferring points is not permitted.
11. Certain purchases may not qualify for point accumulation, including but not limited to gift cards, taxes, and gratuities.
12. Account Maintenance: Cardholders are responsible for keeping their account information up to date, including contact details. Changes can be made through the loyalty program portal or by contacting customer service.
13. By enrolling in the loyalty program, you consent to receive promotional communications and updates regarding the program via email or other means.
14. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the loyalty program and forfeiture of points.
15. Country Village Inns management reserve the right to refuse the accrual or redemption of points under circumstances deemed unsuitable for the programme.
