1. The loyalty card is available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By applying, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Customers must register their loyalty card online or at the till with the correct details to participate in the loyalty program and earn rewards.
3. Points are earned for qualifying purchases made at participating Country Village Inns Ltd locations. The number of points awarded may vary based on the type of purchase.
4. Accumulated points can be redeemed as a method of payment at participating Country Village Inns sites. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. All promotions and rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Restrictions may apply to certain offers.
6. Loyalty points will expire if the cardholder does not make a qualifying purchase within a 12-month period.
7. Country Village Inns Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen loyalty cards. Cardholders should report any loss immediately to prevent unauthorized use.
8. Country Village Inns Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program and its terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
