Reporting to and working closely with the Head Chef you will assist in the smooth running of the kitchen on a daily basis. Provide cover in the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and ensure the standard of food and kitchen management is continued. You will have input into menus and specials and be a key member of the team
Reporting to and working closely with the General and Assistant Manager you ensure a smooth running of the venue on your shifts. Be part of the teams plans for events, promotions and community activities. Ensure standards are kept during your shifts and staff are working to policy. Job includes cashing up, opening up and locking up.
